I forgot my password. What do I do?

For security reasons, we cannot retrieve an existing password for you. However, if you know the email address used to  create your account, you can have a new password sent to you via email. Go to the Login screen and click on the Forgot Your Password link. Enter your email address and a new password will sent to you.

I requested and got the new password by email, but it doesn't work.

The new password will contain a combination of digits, upper case and lower case letters. The entire password must be entered exactly as it appears in the email. The best way to do that is to copy the password from the email, then paste it directly into the password field on the Login screen. Using this procedure will avoid any confusion between the number one and a lower case L, or the number zero and the letter O.

Once you have logged in successfully, you can click on My Account  to change your password to something easier for you to remember and enter.

I can't remember the email address I used to create my account.

Please contact us by email or phone and we can look up your account and help you retrieve the email address. If you've also forgotten the password, you will need to request a new new password, using the procedure listed above.

I requested a new password, but never got the email.

It is possible that your email program is being too aggressive in filtering spam. If you can, add info@postagemetersuppliesonline.com or postagemetersuppliesonline.com as a trusted sender. You might also look in your spam folder.
